Our drivers drive for something different. We’re in the business of refrigerated transport – and our cargo feeds millions of people across the country.
We work with some of the household names that your family puts on the dinner table every night. Our clients depend on our drivers to act as an extension of their team and represent their brand with pride.
This isn’t a task that everyone’s up to, but our drivers are some of the most skilled in the industry. In addition to getting the product safely from point A to point B, they’ve got their eye on the temperature gauge, making sure we’re staying in that temperature sweet spot. It can be challenging – but rewarding.

Why Choose MRS
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years or older
- Have a valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) with proper endorsements in the state of residence
- No current license suspension or revocation
- 2 years of verifiable class A CDL tractor-trailer experience
- Meets all Federal Motor Carrier Qualifications
- Other requirements will be asked during interview
